 The Lacey family appear to have come from Penn and Tylers Green. Thomas is the grandson of Caroline Saunders who was the aunt of Charles Saunders on the war memorial (see Saunders tree). His parents address in 1911 is listed as Cherry Tree Cottage and this may have been near the Cherry Tree pub.
