After James married it is believed that he and his wife went to live near Clear Pond. His connections
with the Bowlers from Little Marlow would no doubt have remained strong. Further research into the Witney tree
reveals Witneys marrying Witneys and Smiths marrying Smiths so there is every likelihood that more connections
with other war memorial men will be discovered.
