Frank Baldwin is related to James Anderson through his uncle, Alfred Anderson. As a result he will also be connected to the Weedon family. See relevant trees. It is not clear where the Baldwin family lived at this time but the Baldwin family of post war years lived in Sedgmoor Road. Baldwin descendants still live in the village today.
