Overshott Mill

Overshott, by river flow,
Was not the only mill to go
But some were longer in their stay
Though all are lost to present day.
But further east, near Wooburn Green,
The mills made a familiar scene
Right up to our present times
Which you will read in other rhymes.

Overshott Mill was situated here for many years. It was also called Treadaway Mill. It appears in several early photos but did not last into recent times and the location is now a small estate of houses.
