I own a factory and I make the chairs
Which they take up to London in ten foot high layers.
It’s a wonder the horses can carry the weight
And it takes a good while and they sometimes are late,
But the business means money so happy am I
And now a young master is asking to buy
All that I own in this chairmaking game
And with Skull as his father look out for his name.

Walter Skull bought John Tilbury's factory.  The Tilburys were a large family with many relatives throughout the town. It is probably no coincidence that Charles Edwin Skull, Walter's son, married Georgiana Tilbury, no doubt a relative of John's.
