But Charles and I came back,
The work is good so it appears

My son has taken on the trade,
A chair man like us all,
He's happy with the choice he's made
It seems the Coltman's call,
And now he'll wed an Oakley lass
And with her Chiltern roots
I think my Arthur really has
Found someone that he suits.

Edwin was the son of George and Mary Coltman. Edwin's son, Arthur, married Alice Oakley but Alice does not appear to be directly related to Priscilla Oakley, second wife of Walter Skull.
